Luxury Christmas Wreath Making Workshop

There is something rather lovely about gathering around a table in December, surrounded by armfuls of winter foliage, buckets of berries and lengths of beautiful velvet ribbon.

Join us at Emily Tallulah Flowers for one of our much-loved Christmas Wreath Making Workshops and spend a few festive hours creating your own abundant, garden-led wreath to take home.

We’ll begin from scratch, showing you how to make a traditional moss-based wreath before layering it with generous handfuls of seasonal foliage. Think fragrant pine and spruce, eucalyptus and other winter greens, chosen for their scent, texture and natural movement.

Then comes the really lovely bit.

The tables will be filled with a gathered collection of seasonal ingredients for you to choose from. Berries, seed heads, cones, dried fruits and other natural treasures, alongside beautiful velvet ribbons for the finishing touch.

Our Christmas wreaths are wild and abundant rather than perfectly polished. Full of texture, movement and all the lovely, slightly unruly things we associate with winter.

No floristry experience is needed. We’ll guide you through the whole process, sharing the same techniques and ingredients we use in the studio, with plenty of help along the way.

While we work, we’ll pour the Prosecco and pass around the petit fours as the tables slowly disappear beneath piles of pine, eucalyptus and ribbon.

A little Christmas shopping, too

The Flower Shop will be dressed for Christmas and filled with seasonal flowers, decorations, gifts and lovely things for the home.

Everyone joining us for a workshop will receive 10% off in the shop, so come a little earlier or stay for a browse afterwards and tick a few Christmas presents off your list.

Come with friends, bring your mum or sister, or simply come on your own for a few hours away from the December rush.

Our Christmas workshops are always one of our favourite parts of the season. Tables covered in foliage, Christmas music playing, Prosecco being poured and that wonderful pine-and-eucalyptus smell filling the studio.

At the end, you’ll leave with your own abundant fresh Christmas wreath, completely individual, made by you and ready to take pride of place on your door throughout the festive season.

Spaces are limited and our Christmas workshops tend to fill quickly, so early booking is recommended.

Please note: Workshop places are non-refundable, although you are welcome to pass your place on to somebody else if you can no longer attend.
